If we are onboarding a new team or have a client that wants to develop a dedicated team for their program, we may need a new Management Group.


  1. How many field reps will be on this program?
    1. How many FULL-TIME?
    2. How many PART-TIME?
    3. How many Salaried?

  2. How many field managers will be assigned to this program?
  3. Who is the Client for this Management Group?
  4. Will there be an automated daily ADMIN Service Order?
  5. Are we using Concur / AMEX for this group?
  6. Do we need to issue/manage any equipment for this program?
  7. What is the title of the new management group?
  8. Are we paying mileage through 360? 
  9. Who is the main client/contact for this management group? We need a user from the Client, not a Premium/Acosta Client Services employee. This is used for the admin jobs that are automatically created for the management group. 
  10. Who will be the main Client Services manager? Again, this is used on the admin jobs. 
  11. Who is the main Field Manager (RAD)? They will be assigned permission to update Team Config and Rate Approval emails. 
  12. What is the base payrate? 
  13. What will be the default rep assignment behavior? Storelist, Markets, none? 
  14. What legal entity does the management group fall under?
  15. Will MDM Validation need to occur?
  16. What recruiting platform will be used?
  17. What country will this management team work in?



Once you have obtained approval, you must submit the following items to IT:


  • The answers to the questions above.
  • A ZIP CODE file that contains all ZIP CODES and which manager should be assigned to that ZIP CODE in the territory mapping system.
    • For Canada Management Groups: 360 Support will assist with creating and providing the file.
  • A list of the Team Hierarchy so we can set up the TEAM CONFIG area.
